BUSTED BLUES Releases Debut Album

Busted Blues released their debut album on May 15, 2012.  The record of 13 unreleased tracks include a mix of covers and original material. The band recorded the project during the first half of 2012.  This recording features the tracks: Two More Bottles of Wine, Trouble, Walking in Memphis and more.  Although the new CD has a southern/country feel, you will still hear them playing tunes by Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberlake, Gavin Degraw and other artists that they have become known for covering. You can purchase the CD at any of the bands live shows or download it here!

phase5 plays the Morton Plant Charity Ball

We were thrilled with the honor of performing at the 2012 Morton Plant Mease Charity Ball.  The event which was held at the Axelrod Pavilion, is Clearwater's oldest fundraiser. Busted Blues provided music during the cocktail reception and Phase5 was the headlining act for the duration of the event.  Over 1000 guests enjoyed amazing food by Puff N Stuff, amazing decor by Botanica and Showorks as well as a brand new photo booth concept called PhotoMingle. In addition to Busted Blues and Phase5, inspire|entertainment also provided the LED stage pictured below.  The event was planned by the Morton Plant Nease staff and designed by Soosie Lazenby and the amazing team at UrbanCoast. phase5 plays at the "Eye Ball"

We were so thrilled when phase5 was asked to play for the "Eye Ball" benefiting the Lion's Eye Institute. We had some tough shoes to fill as last years entertainment was Scott McEntire from American Idol. It was also our first time playing in a stadium. It was an amazing event to be a part of. Brooke Palmer of RSBP Events did an incredible job overseeing the team of vendors that included Showorks, Botanica, Baystage Lighting, The Raymond James Staff, and I am sure many others. Photography by Amy Pezz of Pezz Photo!  Check out the video highlights of the event at the bottom of this post.  You will see phase5 performing around 5 minutes into the video.

LED dance floor

Check out our LED dance floor at the Tampa Bridal Showcase at the A La Carte Event Pavilion. The show was designed by Monica Varner of Elan Event Studios. Decor was provided by MMD Events. Our LED dance floor provided a great space for a performance by Arthur Murray School of Dance, an aerialist, a fashion show and a performance by our own phase5 band. The dance floor can be virtually any shape or color. Here you can see two different color palettes that we used for different looks.
